The Planning

Scratch is a programming language for all, adults and children. It’s very easy to learn and use. Teachers and adults can use Scratch to create effective education tools such as math quiz, physics simulation, and educational videos.

WELCOME TO THIS BLOG AND OUR ETWINNING PROJECT: International Scratch Challenge





In questo anno scolastico 2016/17 si dà la possibilità agli alunni di classe prima D/F di imparare a programmare attività diverse in Scratch e "sfidare" altre classi in varie parti d'Europa. La lingua comune è inglese.
Materie: Lingua straniera, Informatica / ICT
Lingue del partenariato: EN - ES - FR - IT
Età alunni : 7-11
Strumenti da usare:software (Powerpoint, video, Paint), Twinspace, Video conference, Web publishing
Obiettivi:
Gli studenti apprendono la logica  del coding mediante una presentazione e scambio di lavori, della propria scuola e città.

Work process:
La prima sfida consiste nel preparare presentazioni della propria classe, scuola, città. La seconda sfida sarà comune a tutte le squadre. Le classi coinvolte realizzerano disegni geometrici in scratch. Gli studenti commenteranno i vari lavori postati sul twinspace. Si aprirà inoltre, un account comune sulla piattaforma Scratch dove depositare i lavori che potranno essere condivisi o rielaborati da altri partecipanti.
La sfida finale coinvolgerà solo due classi sorteggiate tra i vari Paesi partecipanti che potranno organizzare una video conferenza o dialogare in modo più diretto.La terza sfida consisterà nel realizzare giochi in scratch da proporre agli "avversari".

Risultati attesi:
Tutti gli studenti potranno visionare la piattaforma twinspace con i rispettivi docenti. Sarà aperto inoltre un blog per la disseminazione dell'attività, collegato al sito della propria scuola.
